This has the consistency of cheesecake and the taste! Plus one serving is actually plenty. I substitued splenda for sugar. Somehow when I was making this I ended up with 2 cups extra of the cheesecake mixture which I then just baked without crust in a zero calorie butter sprayed cookware dish for the same heat and baking time. Of note, this recipe really rises and puffs up a bit. Yet it stays deliciously creamy. It is so easy to alter this recipe to make virtually any flavor cheesecake. I am going to try that next. Enjoy!
