I eat these almost everyday for breakfast or lunch with a few variations. I use a mini whole wheat bagel (100 cal.) and add tomato slices. Sometimes I`ll use Laughing Cow Swiss instead of the light chive and onion cream cheese. I hadn`t tried the brown mustard though.
