I had some premade, 110 calories for 2 servings, canned butternut squash bisque. I used the butter (whipped (seriously fewer calories, try like almost 100 fewer) butter) to sautee the mushrooms with a little garlic, S&P. I added non fat sour cream, sea salt,and cayenne to the soup. Following the directions, but working with what I had, yielded the ultimate diet miracle, a food coma. The mushrooms were meaty, the soup so rich I could barely finish it! I am now luxuriating in a food coma. I can\'t imagine the easy variations. Like white beans, herbs, spices, feta, or even curry powder!! Mmm Food coma...
