I had this salad for lunch one day and it was great! It also gave me another good salad Idea. I went to the store intending on making this salad but they didn`t have any Jicima, Kiwi, or Blood oranges... so I supstituted for Blackberries and Tangelos, I also used baby spinach instead of the mixed greens, it came out GREAT! I Added some shredded chicken and a Non-fat Raspberry Walnut salad dressing. That was my entire dinner! I wasn`t hungry later, and felt great the next day.
