If you love garlic, you'll love this dressing! It's fat free but does not skimp on flavor. Serve over greens, pasta salad, chicken or fish.

| 1 | Squeeze garlic pulp from the roasted heads into a blender. Add the remaining indredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Will keep for 4 days (covered) in the refrigerator. |
