Enjoy a hearty and filling bowl of this zesty turkey chili with a large green salad for lunch or dinner.

1 | Place ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brown meat over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break it into pieces. Drain any excess fat. |
2 | Add green pepper, onion, and celery. Cook until softened. |
3 | Add beans, corn, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, pepper, garlic and chili powder. |
4 | Cook mixture over low heat for 20 minutes. |
5 | Serve hot in bowls. Or serve as a dip with baked tortilla chips or on a bun. |
