Start your day right and resist the treats that might come your way today! Whole grain hot cereals are full of fiber, wholesome and hearty.
1/2 cup whole grain hot cereal such as Kashi Pilaf or Country Choice Multi-Grain
3/4 cup water (or amount recommended on package)
1 tablespoon light maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup low-fat soy milk
1 Prepare cereal according to package directions.
2 Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup. Top with soy milk and blackberries. Enjoy!
