This tangy, sweet recipe will take your oatmeal to the next level! We suggest topping it off with strawberries but any fruit will work.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup light or reduced calorie cranberry juice
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Directions:
1 Bring juice to a boil in a saucepan.
2 Add oats and cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3 Top with almonds and berries.
4 ENJOY!
