This creamy dip is packed with flavor! It makes a wonderful snack when paired with veggies and crackers or a great topping for baked potatoes!
Ingredients:
1 16 ounce container non-fat cottage cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
2 Serve with whole wheat crackers, baked chips, baguette slices or whole wheat pita and fresh veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli and/or cauliflower. Or, use as substitute for sour cream.
3 1 serving = 1/4 cup.
