Sweet acorn squash is paired nicely with savory rosemary and goat cheese.
3 acorn squash
6 tablespoons water
6 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
1.5 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
Fresh ground black pepper
1 Preheat oven to 350. Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place face down in a baking dish lined with foil. Add water.
2 Bake 35 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with goat cheese and rosemary.

Acron Squash is my favorite and adding the goat cheese and Rosemary just makes something great all the better. Ummm...
