Adding apples to traditional carrot-raisin salad brings a little extra crunch and color.
Ingredients:
1 cup, shredded carrot
3 (medium), diced apples
1 Tbsp, lemon juice
1/2 cup, raisins
1/3 cup, low-fat mayonnaise
Directions:
1 Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens.
