This halibut is easy to make but tastes gourmet! Try this on week night or prepare for a dinner party and wow your guests!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice
3 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey
3/4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 (6-ounce) Halibut Fillets
cooking spray
Directions:
1 Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk. Set aside.
2 Spray a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add fillets; cook about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
3 Remove halibut and set aside; keeping warm. Add teriyaki mixture to pan and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over halibut.
4 1 serving = 1 fillet with about 2 tbsp of sauce. Try serving with brown rice and broccoli!
