4 ounces pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon sherry
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 Slice and cook the tenderloin in a non-stick skillet or grill until cooked through.
2 Mix sauce the other ingredients together in a small bowl and toss with the pork in the pan until well coated.
