So creamy and delicious, you won't believe how low-fat this fast and easy dish is!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked whole grain noodles
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons prepared pesto sauce
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup artichoke hearts (canned in water)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Directions:
1 Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
2 Combine yogurt, pesto, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts in a small bowl. Add to the hot cooked noodles and stir. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
3 ENJOY!
