6 ounces shrimp
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup cooked penne pasta
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
red pepper flakes to taste
1 In a large pan, sauté the shrimp and vegetables in the olive oil and chili flakes.
2 Toss shrimp and vegetables with the pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
