|1||Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.|
|2||Add cauliflower and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and stir-fry another 2 minutes.|
|3||Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Add scallops and continue cooking until shrimp turn pink and scallops turn white.|
|4||Add broth and lemon juice and heat until warm.|
|5||Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.|
