A twist on classic cole slaw - this sweet and crunchy slaw is complimented by peanuts.
Ingredients:
1/4 small head green cabbage, sliced thinly
2 carrots,. peeled and grated
2 celery stalks, diced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 Tablespoon orange juice
Directions:
1 Mix all salad ingredients together.
2 Combine yogurt and orange juice in small bowl.
3 Add yogurt mixture to cabbage mixture, stirring to combine ingredients thoroughly.
4 ENJOY!
