Feel good knowing your "treat" is full of wholesome ingredients. These cookies are great tasting and healthy for the whole family!
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 300.
2 Combine dry ingredients and blend well.
3 Beat eggs, add oil and honey; mix well.
4 Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
5 Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6 Yield: about 3 dozen. 1 serving Size: 1 cookie.
