For an occasional treat, try these succulent lamb chops with a refreshing minted yogurt. Serve with brown rice or couscous and veggies.

1 | Preheat broiler and coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Season chops with salt and pepper and place them on pan. |
2 | Broil for about 5 minutes each side, or to desired degree of doneness. |
3 | Meanwhile, stir yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon and mint together in a bowl. Serve chops with yogurt sauce on side. |
4 | Serving Size: 2 chops. |
