Get ready to branch out and try something other than tofu or veggie burgers! Tempeh is wonderful soy product that has a meaty and firm texture.

1 | Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Crumble tempeh and cook until lightly browned. |
2 | In a medium bowl, combine tempeh through bell pepper. |
3 | Drizzle Bragg Liquid Aminos or lite soy sauce over mixture and mix well. |
4 | Allow to chill or serve right away. Serve over mixed greens or with whole grain crackers. |
5 | ENJOY! |
