1 | In a medium non-stick skillet cook bacon until crisp. |
2 | Add green pepper, cumin and crushed red pepper, if desired. Cook for 3 minutes. |
3 | Add egg whites or egg product; cook for 2 minutes. |
4 | Stir in tomato, green onion and cheese. Spoon onto tortilla and roll up. Top with salsa if desired. |
5 | ENJOY! |
