1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon shredded paremesan cheese
Italian seasoning to taste
1 Add vegetables to non-stick pan and sautee lightly until soften. Add egg substitute and scramble until cooked. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot!
