Stand with feet slightly more than shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold dumbbells in front of body, palms facing toward body. Pull dumbbells straight up to chest level, bending elbows, keeping back, neck, and head straight. Raise until dumbbell are just below collar bone.
