2 large zucchini
2 large summer squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
1 Preheat oven to 425° F
2 Wash the zucchini and summer squash and cut into wedges (you can make them as big or small as you'd like).
3 Mix together with olive oil and salt and pepper.
4 Place on baking sheet, spreading evenly
5 Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
