| 1 | In a large non-stick skillet, cook ground turkey until cooked through. | 
| 2 | Add onion, green pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are soft and most of the water has evaporated. | 
| 3 | Remove from heat. Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Add meat mixture and top with tomatoes and crushed chips. | 
| 4 | Serve with salsa and jalapenos if desired. |
