Add some variety to your everyday lunch with this nutrient packed salmon salad!
1 3-ounce can of salmon (packed in water).
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups mixed greens
5 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup cucumber slices
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon oil and vinegar salad dressing
1 Open the canned salmon and drain well. In a small bowl mix the salmon with lemon juice, garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
2 Mix vegetables together and arrange in a bowl or on a plate. Top with the salmon mixture. Dress with oil and vinegar dressing.
