1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
1 Preheat oven to 375.
2 Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter and egg whites in a bowl.
3 Add flours, baking powder and beat again. Stir in cereal.
4 Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Using, a fork dipped in cold water, press down to make a criss-cross design before baking.
5 Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done. Do not overbake.
6 Yield: 30 cookies.
