Simple, tasty and refreshing! Creamy vanilla yogurt on top of sweet mangoes is heavenly. This is light and healthy fruit based treat!
2 cups chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
||Place ½ cup mangoes into each bowl and top with ½ cup frozen yogurt.
||Garnish with mint sprigs is desired. For a special touch, use wine or martini glasses instead of bowls!
||Serving Size: 1/2 cup mangoes and 1/2 cup frozen yogurt.
