| This flavorful herb rub turns ordinary fish into an outstanding main dish.  Have fun and experiment with your own herbs and fish!	           | 
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 
| 2 | Separate (or cut) fish into 4 pieces. Place fish in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. | 
| 3 | Combine spices in a small bowl. | 
| 4 | Sprinkle herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish. | 
| 5 | Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes. |
