Add color and crunch to your everyday salad with this great salad! Eating your veggies has never been so easy.
Ingredients:
Salad:
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1.5 cup sliced green and red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red onion
3 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
1/4 cup light shredded cheese
1 oz baked tortilla chips, crushed

Dressing:
Mix 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream with 1/4 cup salsa.
Directions:
1 Mix all salad ingredients together except tortilla chips and toss with dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
2 ENJOY!
