Simply rubbing chicken with spices and cooking over high heat - will turn boring chicken into a 5 star treat will little effort!
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Cooking spray
4 tbsp salt-free Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic or onion powder
Directions:
1 Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness with a rolling pin or mallet.
2 Preheat broiler. Spray both sides of chicken with cooking spray then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic and rub in.
3 Broil (or grill) chicken breasts 5 minutes each side.
4 ENJOY!
