Serve this sandwich at your next get together. The creamy brie and tart apple turn this simple sandwich gourmet but with little effort!
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
2 ounces deli sliced turkey
1/2 green apple, thinly sliced
1 oz brie cheese
1/2 cup spinach leaves
Directions:
1 Place turkey and brie on top of one of the toast slices. Fan the apple slices over the brie, top with spinach leaves and remaining toast slice.
2 Serve with dijon or honey mustard if desired. Also works well on whole grain rolls.
3 Lower sodium by using fresh roasted turkey or low-sodium deli sliced turkey.
4 ENJOY!
