Serve this sandwich at your next get together. The creamy brie and tart apple turn this simple sandwich gourmet but with little effort!

| 1 | Place turkey and brie on top of one of the toast slices. Fan the apple slices over the brie, top with spinach leaves and remaining toast slice. |
| 2 | Serve with dijon or honey mustard if desired. Also works well on whole grain rolls. |
| 3 | Lower sodium by using fresh roasted turkey or low-sodium deli sliced turkey. |
