Enjoy this simple slow cooked meal. Slow cooking allows the oregano and garlic to work its magic!
4 potatoes, quartered
1 lb chicken pieces
2 large onions, quartered
1 whole bulb garlic, minced
2 small zucchini, sliced
3 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Place potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chicken, onions, garlic, and zucchini. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2 Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours or on low for 9-10 hours.

Maybe add some water

The chicken turned out quite dry, perhaps adding some water to the crockpot might help this problem.
