This Southwestern medley will fill your tummy with wholesome goodness! Try a cup for a snack on a chilly day.
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
14-1/2 oz can low sodium Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
14-1/2 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes, undrained
11 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
4 green onions, sliced
1 small green pepper, sliced
4 stalks celery, diced
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
