Ingredients
  • 2 cups fat free cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 of 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, partially thawed and drained
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine cottage cheese, egg substitute and flour in a bowl. Add cheddar cheese and spinach; mix well.
  • Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
