Kudos to OK! For giving us a great article about healthy bodies this week in Hollywood instead of picking apart the ones that are too skinny. Here are our new favorite Hollywood ladies for taking the courage to eat food the past year; Fergie, Tyra, Jessica Biel, Eva Longoria, Scarlett Johansson, Kate Winslet and Shakira, Congratulations ladies! Keep up the weight!

The same headlines are printed on every magazine but we still buy them all… every week/month. What will catch our eye any day? Answer: Celebrity Diet Special, how so-and-so got in shape! This week celebrity tabloid OK! enlightens us with Drew Barrymore’s secrets. Here they are:

She eats three balanced meals a day loaded with organic veggies. She opts for fun forms of exercise (“She runs 5 miles, 3 times a week”… whatever maybe some people think running is fun, I’m not one of them.) She has lost 30 lbs. thanks to the introduction of exercise into her regimen. Swimming, dancing and mini golf (How is mini golf exercise? Is it possible to break a sweat walking up the pirate ship deck? It’s active if you are retired I guess…) are also cited as other methods that help Drew stay in shape. She turns to Diet Coke or sugar free jell-o when she craves sweets, but also treats herself to the likes of mac and cheese and crispy tacos. She swears off methods of low-carb dieting. Lastly I now love Drew Barrymore and here is why:

“Just eat what you want, be healthy, exercise and stop worrying about what other people think. I’d rather be a few pounds heavier and enjoy life than be worried all the time.”
