A simple zesty marinade turns ordinary salmon into a five-star dish!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 5 oz each)

Marinade:
2 tbsp stone ground mustard
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Combine marinade ingredients; set aside.
2 Marinate salmon in mixture in a zip-top bag for 10 minutes.
3 Grill fillets for 12 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork.
4 ENJOY!
