The flavor of barbecued salmon in minutes! Paired with red potatoes and broccoli, it's a complete meal!
Ingredients:
1 4-ounce salmon filet
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste

Side vegetables:
3 small red potatoes (6 ounces or the size of golf balls)
1 cup brocolli
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish or sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2 Brush bbq sauce over the salmon and season with garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Bake for 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
3 Prepare the veggies: Wash the potatoes and prick with a knife. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Steam or boil broccoli until tender.
4 ENJOY!
