Ingredients
  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta, cooked and rinsed
  • 1 can less sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup thawed frozen mixed veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup light Italian dressing

Instructions
  1. Combine cooked pasta, beans, chopped vegetables and olives in a large bowl.
  2. Add seasonings and dressing; toss gently to combine.
