Ingredients - 8 ounces whole wheat pasta, cooked and rinsed
- 1 can less sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup thawed frozen mixed veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup light Italian dressing
Instructions - Combine cooked pasta, beans, chopped vegetables and olives in a large bowl.
- Add seasonings and dressing; toss gently to combine.
