That's a great idea!! So how much are you drinking? :) The recommendation that I keep in mind is to take our weight in pounds and divide it in half... and that # is the number of ounces we should aim to drink each day. For example, a 150-pound person would try to drink 75 oz of water a day.
Keeping well-hydrated is good for so many things... great skin, non-chapped lips, weight loss, proper digestion... and much more! I hope you're feeling great as you increase your water intake!
