It's the last week of our 6-week New Year's Weight Loss Challenge! Challengers have dropped nearly 1,000 pounds since the Challenge began on January 7! AMAZING!
This week's teaching point is something that will hopefully help you continue on your successful weight loss journeys, well after our Challenge has concluded! Learn the importance of setting small, attainable goals for yourself!
