Hi,

I'm trying to lose 15 to 20lbs. I gained about 40lbs during my pregnancy and now I lose 30 but the last 15 I would love to get off soon before the summer hits. :)

Ohhh my goodness I am WITH you on not being a huge fan of running. I usually stick to the elliptical or stationary bike for my cardio, but last week I went out for a run around my city with my boyfriend and we ran/walked/ran/walked for about 10km!! That was last Wednesday and my calves are STILL super sore! My goal for Week 3 is to go out for another run, despite being sore and despite my preference for sticking to the elliptical. Trying to push myself!!

Hope to hear some other folks goals for this week as well!

Good Luck!!!!! To both of you. I finally broke down and got Slim in 6, a friend had it and loves it. I finished Day 1 today and it was fun. My goal for week 3 is to push myself to do each workout everyday according to the schedule and say no to dessert when it is cake!!!! Last night I had a piece that I didn't NEED I just WANTED it. :)

You have been doing great with your check-ins Brittany! So psyched for you for your 4 lbs of weight loss from week 1!

I've been drinking lots of water and making sure to keep my body moving everyday. Even on days I don't go to the gym, I make sure to go for a walk!

I've had some really good days but even more that haven't been that good. But I'm down 1 pound and that motivates me!!! This challenge is just what I needed to make changes in my lifestyle. I feel I'm more obligated to succeed when I'm on diet.com :) Good luck to you!

Joyze great job on your weight loss any pound you lose is not easy. Everyday I workout I'm exhausted and sore, but on Mondays when I weigh-in I feel so amazing and a sense of accomplishment.

Hello everyone,well the way i been losing weight is ive been just eating healthy, drink only water or hot tea,and i have been going walking everyday.to give me an extra sweat while walking i wear a shaper,waist trimmer belt,sauna top, sweatshirt over that.

@mrs bee-no I don't do specific diets cause I can't stick with it at all.lol

- keep for yourself on hand till the end of the challenge, i.e. just keep it on your computer

- include in one of your Diet.com blogs

- Upload as one of your 3 available Diet.com Photos (which is linked to from within your profile).
