Today is January 14, 2013 - and we're kicking off Week 2 of our New Year's 2013 Weight Loss Challenge!!
Have you set your Milestone mini-goals and rewards, taken your "Before" pictures, and checked out all of the resources on your Weight Loss Challenge page?
Each week we'll have a new "weekly teaching point" at the top of your Challenge page, and every day of the Challenge you'll be able to get new recipes and learn new exercise moves.
This week's teaching point is all about taking a look at some of our "other" health habits - like sleep, hydration and eating breakfast in the morning. What are some other key health habits that you can identify that can be just as important as "calorie-counting" when it comes to weight loss?
