After a great workout and yummy cooking on Saturday, Sunday I had no motivation. Maybe it was because it was cold, snowy and Sunday. I ate a couple of brownies and a couple cans of soda. It has been so long since I have been "bad". But now today I just feel bad and down since the weight loss didn't happen this week. It is really hard when you work out almost every day and eat sensibly and the weight just hangs on. I just need a little success to get me feeling motivated again.
