YAYY!!! Down another 2 pounds, which puts me at 204 and only 4 pounds to go before I hit my WLC goal... This week I'm going to be doing the steam room, kick boxing, Zumba and cycling. I need these 4 pounds gone..I'm still going to be working on my run of course.
We have this challenge on base called the "Heart Challenge" and its for the month of February. The person that attends the most aerobics classes wins the challenge.. So I've been attending every Zumba class and now I'm going to do the turbo kick boxing, cycling and steps. I know this will kick my butt, but I'm so happy that all of this is happening. Even if I don't win anything from these challenges, I'm still winning with weight loss. So right now I have a lot to be happy about.
